«A successful journey of 7 years has been completed by BRAVO Initiative which rewards programs and actions of sustainable development by companies, local authorities and civil society groups»
This year, 278 sustainable development programs, have been submitted in the BRAVO Initiative by businesses, local authorities and civil society organizations. These programs participated in a wide range consultation process with a group of 200 social partners and have been voted electronically by 6.931 active citizens, underlining the importance of the cooperation and partnership of all the active cells of the Greek society in order to achieve a better future for Greece.
«This is the second time I am participating in the dialogue groups of the Initiative BRAVO. I believe that Greek companies have responded even better this year with improved programs; I have also remarked that the philosophy of the process has been further developed in terms of the connection between the corporate goal and the decrease of a company’s impact upon the environment and the society. The more Greek companies take part in the Initiative; the better will be the results of the entire procedure»
«Today’s group has been enlightening. We have managed through dialogue to see the organisation’s practices from all different aspects, to understand them better and then to submit our proposals and to evaluate them»
««I believe that the dialogue was particularly constructive because we had the chance as Entreprise Greece to exchange views as far as social responsibility is concerned with other organizations; we are indeed delighted to see that every year more and more Greek companies participate in the process of the Initiative BRAVO»
«“The growing participation in the BRAVO Initiative proves the great interest that this process has gathered from the business sector and the society in general and the benefits that companies can have from this Initiative”»
«The sustainability of the Greek businesses constitutes an important factor for the establishment of the social dimension of business. I think that the Greek businesses must take into account the process of the BRAVO Initiative and to incorporate it to their priorities»
