European Network Against Violence

The European Network Against Violence (EDKB) is a Civil Non-Profit Company and was founded in Athens in November 2006.

 

The goal of the organization is to prevent and address gender-based violence against women and to provide holistic support and empowerment to women who have been victims of domestic violence.

Specifically, the purpose of the European Network against Violence is to design, implement and evaluate research, education and information activities as well as actions to promote gender equality and psychosocial support and assistance to victims for primary, secondary and / or tertiary prevention. Violence against Women and Girls, with particular emphasis on Domestic Violence, including Violence between Sexual Partners (BES).
