Practices and initiatives that are related to the governance system of an Organization. Practices for Corruption alleviation, promotion of Transparency and Accountability. Development of Principles and Operation Framework that respond to aspects of Sustainable Development, risk and chances analysis and qualitative/quantitative objectives with regards to the main activities of the Organizations, systematic practices of the Organization for Stakeholder Dialogue development engaging the total of its stakeholders and shareholders, rules and processes for implementation of Sustainable Development strategy in connection with the material issues of the Organization.

The governance system that reflects the Organization ethics covering the full range of its operation in a way that its objectives are served with responsibility towards the environment, the society and the total of the audiences the Organization cooperates with. Development of Principles and Operation Framework that responds to aspects of Sustainable Development, risk and chances analysis and qualitative/quantitative objectives with regards to the main activities of the Organization, systematic practices of the Organization for Stakeholder Dialogue development engaging the total of its stakeholders and shareholders, rules and processes for implementation of Sustainable Development strategy in connection with the material issues of the Organization.  

2. Tackling Corruption 

The Code of Ethics of the Organization for transparency promotion in all aspects of its operation, for combating corruption in all forms and achieving healthy competition to the benefit of companies and consumers/citizens.

3. Stakeholders Dialogue and Engagement 

Systematic practices of the Organization for Stakeholder Dialogue development engaging the total of its stakeholders and shareholders, rules and processes for implementation of Sustainable Development strategy in connection with the material issues of the Organization. Regular reporting on the dialogue results and how these are incorporated in the approach and orientation of the Organization’s strategy and goals for Sustainable Development, Corporate and Social Responsibility.  

4. Disclosure of Responsible Business Indicators 

Presentation of the performance of the Organization with regards to the three aspects of Sustainable Development (Economy, Society and Environment) according to fundamental and recognized special and sector-specific, national and international standards and reporting frameworks for transparency promotion and self-commitment. 

5. Public Interventions 

Public interventions that are connected with Sustainable Development, Corporate and Social Responsibility and are realized by the Organization.
